Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using City Line Marking's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

City Line Marking provides professional line marking and related services including:

• Car park line marking and re-marking
• Warehouse and industrial floor marking
• Road marking and traffic management
• Sports court line marking
• School playground safety markings
• Installation of car park fixtures (bollards, wheel stops, etc.)
• Surface preparation and line removal services

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those described or if additional work is required. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are Net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• For large projects, a deposit may be required before commencement
• Late payment may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site plans and project specifications
• Ensure the work area is accessible and clear of obstacles
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for the work
• Notify us of any site hazards or special requirements
• Provide adequate notice for any changes or cancellations

6. Warranties and Standards

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using quality materials. All line marking work complies with relevant Australian Standards including AS/NZS 2890 for car park design. Our warranty periods vary by service type and will be specified in your quote.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, City Line Marking's liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the defective work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain $20 million public liability insurance for client protection.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled work date. Late cancellations may incur charges for materials ordered and scheduling disruptions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with OH&S regulations and industry best practices. We are CM3 certified and maintain comprehensive safety management systems. Clients must comply with any safety instructions provided by our team during work execution.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation provided by City Line Marking remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs without permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
